As part of the Drug Court program, each participant must call in between eight-thirty and nine each morning to see if the color of the day corresponds with the color of their phase in the program, and thus if they have to report for random drug testing. For Chris, this means he must walk to his grandmother’s house every day to use her phone for his call-in.
