Dawn Green, 49, is a personal trainer and nutritionist in Cuba, Missouri. She participated in her first bodybuilding event while in the middle of a difficult divorce 18 years ago. During that time she moved from St. Louis, concentrated on raising her two children and taking care of her grandmother. Dawn's life philosophy has allowed her to help people, young and old alike, with various physical difficulties. Living a life influenced by natural processes, she exercises and maintains a diet with extra protein to build up her own muscle mass. In August, Dawn competed and won awards in three different figure competition categories in the National Physique Committee, part of the larger National Bodybuilding Competition. Next March, she will be competing again, this time in the 50-and-over age group and she is working hard for that event.

Dawn, who is humble, encourages people she meets to follow their dreams and live their lives to the fullest.
