After losing his shoe repair business during the Covid-19 lockdown, Armeet Singh of Delhi, India joined the nonprofit organization, ‘Dhan Guru Nanak Sewa Mission,’ which follows the principles of the Sikh faith. As an ambulance driver, he and his coworkers serve the underprivileged by providing food, medicines, transportation, and care to those in need. Singh’s job offers him an opportunity to give back to his community, while caring for his wife and two children.
