MPW Embraces an International View

The 73rd Missouri Photo Workshop was the second 'hometown edition,' broadcast around the world to 27 photographers in 11 countries who found stories in their towns and neighborhoods. There were a few Missouri stories, but you might not realize it. Like Ukranian photographer Irynka Hromotska’s story on the International Café in Columbia, Mo. The couple, who are Venezuelan-Libyan, ran the café. Maryam Lerit Turaki found a mother and fashion designer in Nigeria who takes joy in designing bright clothing for women.
